It is much more difficult to control the tone of your voice when you talk or shout loudly. The logic is to avoid screaming at all costs.

Most women know the limits of their votes and therefore rarely lose control. Men can shout stronger without losing control of their voice and sometimes use a loud voice in an attempt to frighten children. This is rarely effective if used very occasionally, and men would be well advised to use this tactic less often.

Many children are very often shouted at the same time by teachers and parents and the effects wear off. The child is aware that if you are screaming when you have reached your limit of the penalty. They are very conscious of the fact that teachers must not reach children and some will try to provoke you beyond your limits. The best way to avoid this kind of provocation is to avoid shouting to each child at all and to severely limit your shouting to the class.

It is possible to speak quietly in a classroom and have them do what you ask, in fact, it is easier to teach this way. If you are strong then the children can have their own conversation and listen. They do not listen, but most children can not distinguish between the hearing and listen in all cases. If you keep your voice down, it will have a calming effect on you and the class.

Similarly, the minting of sovereign, books or cardboard rubbers on the desktop should be avoided. Banging objects always disturbs the calm working atmosphere you are trying to create. Noisy classroom methods of control are not necessary as long as you follow the advice given in the following section, Body Language.

You must make an effort to speak more slowly than usual, just as you would when they act on stage. This will help children to catch what you say and more easily add to the serenity. The large classrooms have generally echoes and effects of these benefits are reduced if you speak more slowly.
Practice project your voice with a class in front of you, think about how the shape of your mouth when projecting changes.

Vary the level of your voice when you speak, it drops abruptly to catch the attention of children.
Make sure you can understand children and accents and dialects that they can understand yours. There are more of them so that they are “within the law” and it will be up to you to work on better communication. Children will use a lack of it as another reason not to do so well. It also helps you to understand what they are saying behind your back!

It is essential to avoid the use of a word or phrase that might be considered offensive, just because a phrase is widely used does not automatically make it acceptable for a teacher to use. Many phrases television series fall into this category.

The most important thing in education is one idea to insist on absolute silence before you speak, if you compromise on it, you are lost .
